Our April OLM and Table Lodge: Dispelling a Myth About an Antisemitism AllyNew Time; New Brother Initiation
Brother Julian Yudelson learned about Christians United for Israel (CUFI) with an invitation to the Jewish Community of Rochester to attend the First Annual Night To Honor Israel in Rochester. An active member of every Jewish community in which he lived, he began to interact with an organization that many Jews consider to be hostile to Israel and Judaism.
As our Table Lodge speaker for our April 18 OLM and new member initiation, he will address this controversy based on his personal experiences with CUFI in Rochester, NY. HOD brethren are invited for snacks and schmoozing at 6:30p.m., the OLM and initiation at 7 p.m., and our Table Lodge – open to all who are interested – at 8:30 p.m. at Congregation Or Hadash, 7460 Trowbridge Rd., Sandy Springs, GA.
CUFI has over 10,000,000 members committed to support Israel and the Jewish people. They actively lobby Congress on behalf of Israel; educate their members about past Antisemitism, particularly in the Christian church; oppose BDS in state legislatures; and maintain bipartisan campus programs supporting Israel.
A native of Atlanta who grew up grew up in the A.A. Congregation, Julian Yudelson returned home in 2019 after a career teaching marketing and retailing in Milwaukee, Cleveland, and Rochester NY. He was married to B.J. Heman “zl” and has two children, Larry Yudelson, owner of Ben Yudah Press, which publishes “interesting books for interested Jews,” and Miriam Yudelson Katz; and nine grandchildren.
Dark suits and ties are required for the OLM and registration is required for Table Lodge.
